Money Saving Italian Sausage Stirfry


This easy family of four meal is easy and so taste. Using only three Italian sausages making it a money saver. The taste was amazing. Another original recipe by me.
  Serves: 4
Ingredients
3 Italian sausages, uncooked and in a casting
1 small head broccoli
1 small onion cut into small chunks
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1 c baby carrots
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp Webber veggie grill
garlic powder or garlic to taste
1 bx rice a roni chicken flavor rice or any rice prepared

1. These can be done in any order. 
Prepare rice. 
Boil water and cook carrots boil water with broccoli in and turn off heat, wait 10 minutes and drain. Cut the veggies into bite sized pieces 
 Fry the Italian sausage and slice into bites about 1/4 inch thick.
 
2. Once all the above is done In a fry pan or wok melt the butter and add everything except the rice. stir fry until the food is hot, onions are opaque, and mushrooms are cooked.

3. serve with rice on the side or mixed in.
